Recuerdos Sagrados de Bacolor (Sacred Memorabilia of Bacolor)
Location: Right Wing of San Guillermo Parish Church
A former “convento” (convent) converted into a museum that showcases photos of the church & town – before & after the Mt. Pinatubo Eruption.
It also features religious images from all over town that was spared from the lahar & mud flows.
There are 2 access ways to the museum: one is from outside across the Parish Office Bldg. & souvenir shop, while the other one is through the main church.
Upon entering is the hallway which used to be the venue of the monastery scenes shown in the 2009 ABS-CBN primetime show, “May Bukas Pa”.
It leads to the entrance to the Adoration Chapel and 2 other rooms:
One is coined the "Bro" room where “Bro” in the show, “May Bukas Pa” is an Image of Jesus Christ the Risen Lord.The other room displays a gallery of art & paintings by various artists.
