This project was constructed by Sumitomo-Mitsui Construction Company, led at site by
Engr. Rodel Hate & Engr. Rico Malit. The ATO Project Officer then was Mr. Sammy Garcia. This project was completed on July 2003 This government building is equipped with high technology air navigation and communication equipment.
