This is another bus company that can bring you to La Union or Abra or anywhere in between including Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. Its an association of independent bus operators connected to Baguio Bus Lines Association, Inc. Its operation begun in mid 1990's. Its first trip is 5:00 am 'till 8:00 pm or so. Bus leaves every 15 to 20 minutes on alternate route to San Fernando City, La Union and Candon City or Bangued, Abra and at times Vigan City on ordinary coaches.
