This is a residential/commercial establishment here in T. Alonzo Street. This also the location of some bars (The ones facing the La Trinidad Jeepney Terminal), a Chinese Pharmacy, Some Eateries, a hardware store and now has a mini beauty salon.

Renting a Room, a Unit or just staying as a transient is accepted here. There are some residents engaging in this business but it's best that you contact Miss Cory, who manages the eatery next to the Chinese Pharmacy.

  • The building of the Sunnyside Apartments, from which I saw the name in an old local newspaper about this building surviving the 1990 Luzon Earthquake. Unlike the old BSBT building, it barely escaped the sinkhole of former bus terminal in front of it. Now, however, the building looks very old, and a recent repaint job was done to obscure the old mosses and small cracks of the building exterior.
