Joginder Pal Panday was a freedom fighter and he was also MLA from Ludhiana for several times.He was also know as the Masiha of Ludhiana!!! He died on 19th january 1987.He Was killed by some terrorist.For his memory this road has been made for the people.

  • i have as a child very happy memories of mr joginder pal pandey who was my mums uncle,me and my brother as children had the pleasure to meet mr joginder pal pandey congress minister in the years 1975 and again in 1983 during a family holiday from england in ludhiana and chandigarh,he was a lovely human being and a great congress leader for ludhiana and the north indian state of the punjab for 4 decades and will allways be missed by not only the people of the punjab but in england also.
