Four towers comprising residential apartments, office space in addition to retail shopping boulevards. Developed by Tamouh, Meena Plaza is a high-end mixed-use project designed by KDI Architects and currently being constructed by the Malaysian Zelan holding firm.

The unfinished complex was torn down on 27.11.2020 by explosives in 10 seconds.
