  • As you will see by this aerial view, it is impossible to turn right (driving Northwards turning to the East) at this intersection (and stay on the motorway)! This motorway intersection has been 'broken' since it was built in the 60s.
  • There is NO sense to the new proposals (2012) to relieve the A556 between the M6 and M56.....you can see, so easily from the above photo what is needed....BUILD a right turn onto the M56....BUILD a left turn on to the M6. Do not devastate the countryside further, damaging fields and residences, wildlife habitats and cycling routes. The option to improve the M6/M56 connection is common sense and would suit EVERYONE. Don't let it happen...the HA are hoodwinking non residents into believing no one lives near the new route(s) by omitting to include reference to their homes on the plans they are currently exhibiting for public support to a misguided scheme which will only offer a short term solution....spend the over £2m budget on improving the M6 jct 20! PLEASE!
