  • very poor service especially their freight service. have experienced sending small packages (cubao branch) to candon before 6am in the morning with the dispatcher's assurance that said package would arrive one the very afternoon of same day. frustratingly, package arrived the following day. this happened 3x. at least they are consistent with this kind of poor service. lesson learned.
  • My gosh common sense, if you have experienced it once then why did you repeat it? Now you're saying lesson learned? My gosh!
