This is the site of the former Dunkin' Donuts, which is one of several in a locally-managed chain that abruptly closed earlier in 2008. It is one of two, to my knowledge that has never reopened, with another in Downtown Wilkes-Barre being overtaken by Curry Donuts. Like many older free-standing structures in the Pittston suburbs, this building now sits vacant.
