Delta is a metro station of the Brussels metro, located in the municipality of Auderghem. The metro station is located next to the university Campus de la Plaine/Campus Etterbeek of the ULB and VUB respectively.
The Delta metro station was opened on September 20, 1976 on the occasion of the commissioning of metro line 1 between De Brouckère and Tomberg / Beaulieu. Originally, it was not foreseen that a metro station would be built at this location because of the too short distance between Hankar and Delta. But with the arrival of the Delta metro station in the early 1970s and the construction of the E411 near Beaulieu, this station was retained. The STIB Metro Business Unit was installed in the station.

Since the refurbishment of the metro network in 2009, metro line 5 serves this station. In the course of 2016, a lift was installed on each platform of the station, as well as an additional staircase. In this way, Delta becomes a wheelchair-friendly station.
