  • This is the beautiful municipality of Glan, Sarangani Province where I am the mayor who succeeded my father who was then the mayor for more than two decades. Our family won't let any other clan will rule this town as we are the only best mayor who can siphon the resources of this town. I have to do this in order to support my vices which is cockfighting, drinking, and gambling. Most of my kins are holding local and provincial positions in this place. That's why, for those who are planning of taking my reign will surely fail since I will do all I can stop other aspirants to take my place. To all of you my dear Glanians, be patient because even if I die I still have my relatives to succeed me. Thanks.
  • This is a beautiful area with fantastic tourism potential. The beaches are amongst the finest in the Philippines and the people are good. BUT - the current mayor - Yap - is a drunkard and very corrupt, putting off inward invesment into this area. He expects to take profits from investors - for nothing. He is a very bad person and is not fit for public office. He is a disgrace to his father, who was a good person.

  • GLAN is a place where my heart belongs.I was born and soon became a descent lady in that place too.I know the officials did very well in developing and making Glan as one of the finest!maybe,for some reasons..........................i doubted!one thing im sure.......the place is so much okay and the people are cool! I just want to congratulate and extend my heartfelt gratitude to those officials who have served the municipality of Glan trully............they served for service!(i know,they know who they are.)
  • i think!?..it's no longer Yoyong Yap the Mayor of Glan..His brother Victor "tata" Yap is the PRESENT mayor.He won n the lst elec....hopefully...things may get better,for d ppl of GLAN..
