Asia Textile Mills Inc. (Asiatex) was established in 1984 with a small venture in Weaving and Finishing Industry located in Calamba City, Laguna. Asiatex has been exporting other textile products since 1989 to Europe and some parts in Asia. The management of the Company vests in the Board comprising of professionals and persons with extensive technical, commercial and administration experience. The Board is headed by Mr. Rudy Ong who is the President and Managing Director of the Company.

Currently, Asiatex is on a shut down operations and the buildings are for lease.
