Low land suitable for rice planting.
Water supply is convenient and abundant in this low land. The soil is richly fertilized and it is easy to plant rice here.
This piece of land is close to houses of the villagers and crops are always growing strongly.
During the days of rice harvest, we also have rats for meal from the rice field. It is not easy to catch the rat. You have to be strategic during the course of cutting the rice. One way is to cut the rice from the surrending of the field, stack the hays properly to create empty space, and you are basically forcing the rats to hide in an isolated patch of un-cut rice. When the size of that patch of rice is small enough, you can see the rats that you can use cloth to cover them and catch them when they run out of the rice to the empty space. Sometime, the rats may also hide beneath the soil. In that case, you need to fire the hay and force the smoke into the hole and rats will run out that you can catch them. Remember, rats bite, so you have to be prepared for that, say wearing gloves, etc. It is safe to have rice-eating rats as meal and they taste fresh and nice.
