Westfield Chermside is the largest shopping centre in Queensland, located in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs, the second-largest in Australia, behind Chadstone Shopping Centre in Melbourne, and is operated by the Westfield Group. Entertainment facilities include an Event Cinemas 16-screen cinema complex and a 26 lane Hyperbowl Bowling Centre. The centre contains the Chermside bus station, a major hub for buses north of Brisbane.

  • Large shopping centre maybe. They have installed a system of charges for parking. First 3 hours free. Then a scale of charges after that. In the past I have spent longer than 3 hours there such as doing shopping and going to the cinema. I will no longer use Chermside Shopping Centre. There is no incentive to go shopping etc at Chermside and pay for the privilege of parking. While I understand why it was done, the current solution is not the answer.
