San Luis is a coastal municipality in the province of Aurora in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 25,276 people.

The municipality of San Luis was formerly a barrio of Baler adjacent to the old barrios of Real, Bacong, Ditumabo and Zarah. It was named after the patron Saint “San Luis Rey de Francia”. In 1959, House Bill No. 2863, which later became R.A. No. 2452, was enacted creating the Municipal District of San Luis. In 1962, it became a regular municipality under the sub-province of Aurora by virtue of R.A. No. 3487.

The municipality is the location of Banju Spring, Cunayan Falls, Ditumabo Falls, and Dicasalarin Bay.

San Luis is politically subdivided into 18 barangays:
