Camp 3 is a barangay of the Municipality of Tuba, Benguet, Philippines.
It forms a part of Kennon Road. The mountainous village can be accessed by a 26 km paved road from Baguio City.

"The mountainous village can be accessed by a 26 km paved road from Baguio City. There are two main population centres, the first being an agricultural group of sites along the famous century-old Kennon Road, sparsely populated with 3,000 residents. The other is Pacdal, densely populated by 22,000 residents. The majority of the people are mine workers, employed by PHILEX Mining Corporation. In this mining community, the people are mostly immigrants from various regions and provinces throughout the country, practising a range of customs and traditions."

    hello. nice to know we are on map at the internet now.however i would like to correct that PADEAL where PHILEX MINING CORORATION is situated should be spelled as PADCAL.It is one of the sitio in the barangay. based on the 2007 census of population, brgy CAMP 3 has now a total population of 9,814. but then sorry to say that we can't extract the exact population of these 2 areas you mentioned because we can't trace the exact boundaries to subdivide this.There is also a cave here(similar to that of Sagada cave) situated at TOKANG, along KENNON ROAD side, beside the BUED river,Near the boundary of TWIN PEAKS and this barangay.Agriculture or farming and mining is the foremost occupation of the inhabitants. thank you. wow! you got nice work. keep up.
