Rajshahi Cadet College is a military high school, located in Sardah, Rajshahi built on an area of 110-acre (0.45 km2). It was established in 11 February 1964 and formally opened in 1966. It was named after the then president of Pakistan Ayub Khan as Ayub Cadet College (ACC). After independence of Bangladesh in 1971, the name was change to Rajshahi Cadet College (RCC). Late Wing Commander (Retd) Mohammad Syed PAF was the founding Principal of the college who joined on November 1, 1965. The first Adjutant was Capt. Khaled Adib (Punjab) and Mr. M Saleh Uddin Sinha joined as the first teacher of the college.

The college student dorm is divided in 3 houses namely, Khalid,Tariq and Qasim House. The college provides best facilities for academic and extra-curricular activities of students.

The college founding day is celebrated every year on February 11. The alumni association of the graduate students of the college is known as the Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA).

  • Hi ! I am Mohammad Noorealam C-172/4th bach from Khalid house formerly West house will be visiting Bangladesh but will miss 11 th February. Wish to visit my collge with my family after 18 th Feb. I miss Sardah and our Padma. It is one of the best time of my life. Being in different places of the world RCC is the best.
