    This condominium building was converted/built from a hotel in 2007 for seniors wanting to be free of maintaining a home but who still lead an active, independent lifestyle. The condominiums on the top 3 floors are privately owned, while the units on the lower floors are rented through The Palisades Retirement Living Residence. A 'bridge' on the second floor connects to The Palisades at 480 Metcalfe Street Ottawa, ON enabling residents to have access to the amenities offered at The Palisades.
