Previously leased to AT&T (formerly BellSouth). Located in city limits of Birmingham, Alabama.

Initially the location of the BellSouth Services Headquarters for the nine state BellSouth region (AL, KY, LA, MS, TN, GA, FL, NC, SC) that provided engineering, marketing, information technology, and support services to South Central Bell and Southern Bell operating telephone companies. The first president of BellSouth Services Inc was Hugh Jacks. BellSouth Services was later merged with South Central Bell and Southern Bell to form BellSouth Telecommunications. The building was later sold and leased back to BellSouth for various offices. BellSouth was later sold to the new AT&T. The new AT&T is managed by and formerly known as SBC Corporation (Southwestern Bell Corp).
