  • This is a great place to live located in a great location! I moved into tower B a month ago. The staff is not nearly as friendly as some of the near by buildings such as Southridge and you need to be careful about them asking for money for services. They provided me with an automatic parking garage opener with a dead battery and asked for aed 30 to get one with a battery that works. I regretably paid the aed 30 and they refuse to provide a receipt. It is only aed 30 but out of principal it did not sit well with me. I feel it is wrong for the staff to ask for this without providing a receipt. I am sure the money went into his pocket instead of the building management. Either way, it's a great place to live.
