  • I used to frequent that beautiful place ten years ago when Rey Dulay was managing that resort/hotel. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. I hope to visit that place again when I take my vacation soon. Regards to Rey and the Dulay family. Ex-Appraiser/Inspector of the Defunct Manaoag Rural Bank, Inc.
