This residential home site is governed by the Stage Stop Home Owners Association in Park County, Colorado. As of June 23, 2008, the President of the Association has informed the owners of Lot 16 that this "industrial site" has been cleaned up. This mapping is at least 3 years old as the owners of Lot 16 have built a new $200,000.00 home and this site on Lot 8 is visible from their deck....and now it is worse. Park County has released no comment on Lot 8 since the owners of Lot 16 have notified them of the possible violations of county zoning.
