Wat Chamthewi (also spelled Wat Chamdevi) or Wat Ku Kut (วัดจามเทวี หรือ วัดกู่กุด), commonly referred to a Ku Kut (กู่กุด), is located on the Lamphun-San Pa Tong Road and built in 1298 B.E. in the Lawo (Lopburi) style. The Chedi is a square structure similar to Buddhagaya in India. Around the Chedi are levels of arches holding a total of 60 Buddha statues. Ashes of the queen are enshrined within the Chedi.

Wat Chamthewi, วัดจามเทวี, is located in Tambon Mueang Nga, Mueang Lamphun District, Lamphun Province, Thailand. Dating back to 749 AD, Wat Chamthewi is considered to be one of the oldest temples in the Northern provinces of Thailand. On the grounds of the temple stands a beautiful Chedi known as "Suwan Chedi Junkote". Its architectural style is that of the Haripunchai period with a square structure that resembles a pyramid and is similar to the Buddhagaya style of India. Each tier of the Chedi is decorated with ancient Buddha images and enshrined are the ashes of Phra Nang Cham Thewi (Queen Cham Thewi).
