Der Gimpel ist ein Berg in den Tannheimer Bergen, einer Untergruppe der Allgäuer Alpen. Er ist 2.176 m hoch. Der Name ist auf die Gimpelalpe in der „Mulde“ (Keltisch Comba) zurückzuführen. Der Gimpel besteht aus Wettersteinkalk.
