church, wooden, protestantism, 1999_construction
The Protestant Wooden Church is one of the most exquisite churches in Miskolc. A wooden church already stood here in the 17th century. The predecessor of the church standing now was finished in 1938, it was designed by Bálint Szghalmi in Transylvanian style. In 1997 it burnt down because of arson. An identical church was built there by 1999.
