  • The trailer park people actually think they lucked out... not as close, to the mall, but they have much nicer trailers.

  • They didn't just tear down the mobile home park, they relocated the park, bought new mobile homes for the residents, and paid for half and financed the rest. In turn, the new development created 600 jobs and $78 million in taxable property. Milford Crossing just won the Northeastern Economic Developers Association's Project of the Year award.
