Salesforce Tower (Indianapolis, Indiana)

USA / Indiana / Indianapolis / Indianapolis, Indiana / Monument Circle, 111
office building, skyscraper, high-rise, Chase (bank), atm / cash machine, 1990s construction

Salesforce Tower, formerly Bank One Tower and Chase Tower, is located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Salesforce Tower was completed in 1990 as the tallest building in the city and State of Indiana. The building's twin spires pierce 830 feet (253 m) into the skyline, while the 48 floors of office and retail space peak at the 700 foot (214 m) roof. The building is connected with the Circle Building, combining for 1.1 million square feet of leasable space.

The tower houses Chase Bank's Indiana operations and regional headquarters for San Francisco-based Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Salesforce purchased naming rights to the building in 2016.

Salesforce Tower's architecture reflects the design of the Indiana War Memorial, three blocks north. The War Memorial, in turn, reflects the descriptions of the original Mausoleum.

Salesforce Tower is the tallest building in the American Midwest, outside Chicago and Cleveland. One of the spires functions as a communications antenna, while the other is simply decorative. The building sits on the former site of the Hume-Mansur Building, demolished in 1980, and two low-rise buildings, the Board of Trade Building and Bankers Trust Building.

No there isn't. The Chase Tower is 811ft. The tallest building in Michigan (and Detroit) is the Renaissance Center, at 727ft.

Evansville's also got two towers that are around the same height, especially the former Old National Bank tower. The new 5/3 Bank Tower is also around the same height. Plus There is plans to build a tower in downtown Evansville that could possibly surpass it. Evansville's finally got a mayor that actually restuctured downtown Evansville in such a way that it is growing again for the first time in nearly 40 years. Look out Fort Wayne, Evansville has stopped is decline and is now starting to gain ground on you again.

What are you talking about? Have you done any research? The tallest building in Evansville is 76 m. The Chase Tower is 247 m tall - I'm pretty sure that's not "around the same height"
