  • Just another "subdivision" like a lot in the Philippines that has a NICE GATE, but no houses!
  • How old is this satellite picture? There doesn't seem to be that many houses in the development. Nice location though, with quick access to Dagupan City.
  • It's been nearly 12 years since we were promised by the Sales Division of Landco Pacific Cooperation in Calasiao a rapid development of this particular Subdivision, the Sales Division were quite willing to take my hard earned money, and on many occasions I incurred a financial penalty under the guise of a so called 'late payment' ! To this very day there has been virtually NO development i.e. Actual properties being built by indigenous pinoy's working abroad. I like many who have been sold 'Lot(s)' at this particular Subdivision akin to that in Urdaneta, Pangasinan feel that we have been duped by the Sales Division without any recourse what so ever. The whole situation is a complete and utter farce, period.
  • I completed my full payment for my lot more than five years ago, but as of this very day writing my comments, my lot remained undeveloped. Still no concrete access road, depth of the lot below existing road level is about 1.5-2.0mtrs. Only tennis court facility being constructed, while other most awaited and desired facilities such as club house, pools, basketball etc., no sign to start the construction yet, in-spite of more or less ten houses now standing. Actually, no land development activity for several years now. If 186 hectare master planned above is true, meaning that only (+/-) 1% land devt only completed? I bought the lot as investment, but unfortunately after +8 years of investment (starting from first payment to full payment), I felt disappointed and regret and instead used the money in business expansion.
