M69 Junction 2 (B4669 Sapcote/Hinckley) is restricted to the only slip road onto the Junction is from the M69 Southbound (Coventry) side. The only slip road that leads onto the M69 leads onto the M69 Northbound (Leicester/M1[N]) side.

The B4669 leads from the B4114, which is only around 1/2 mile away from the B581/B4114 junction near Croft and a Shell Fuel Station less than 1/4 mile away to near-centre Hinckley, which the B4669 converts into the square B590.

The B590 links onto the B4667, which leads to the B4666 and B4668. The B4667 leads you all the way to the crossroads with the A47 (Leicester/Nuneaton) and A447 (Coalville/Ashby).

History:

This M69 junction has a history. In between 1996 and 1999 the B4669 was classified to it's name today. However, this junction was different before the dates.

The M69 J2 led to the B4069 which led from this junction to B4114. Also, from the M69 at this junction and Hinckley Town Centre was the A5070.
