Nullarbor Plain is an immense region of flat, treeless, desert terrain in southern Australia. It measures 77,200 square miles (200,000 square kilometers) in area, and the underlying bedrock is considered the world's largest single piece of limestone.

The plain is crossed by the Trans Australian Railway, which includes the world’s longest stretch of straight railroad track, and the Eyre Highway.
