Pulderbos is a sub-municipality of the municipality of Zandhoven in the Belgian province of Antwerp (arrondissement of Antwerp). Pulderbos was an independent municipality until the municipal reorganization of 1977.
Pulderbos was first mentioned in the 13th century. It was a manor owned by Pieter van der Moelen in 1505, by Gaspar Schetz in 1559, by the Cotereau family in 1644 and by the Marquises of Asse in the 18th century.

The parish of Pulderbos is probably a branch of the parish of Pulle.

Pulderbos was an independent municipality until the end of 1976.
