Located at the western end of the Abu Dhabi Corniche. This is where the Emirates Palace lies, the major landmark that has grown to become a landmark of Abu Dhabi. In addition, the Ministry of Presidential Affairs and the Abu Dhabi Ladies club are located here. Furthermore, this will be the location of the future Presidential Palace of the UAE.

  • Emir is correct. It will become the new presidential palace. Construction is already moving along as the pilings are going in (early 2011) Most of the Ras Al Akhdar area will be fenced off past the Rotana Hotel and therefore off limits to the public.
