  • Atascadero has become a snob infested city. If you like that sort of stuff, go visit. MM
  • Nice place to live and raise your kids-it is getting crowded though.
  • Until the early 80's, it was a great place to live. The WAS an quiet little town until the Vineyards showed up. Since then, it has gone down hill. Over population and folks moving there from LA and SF brought with them the "big City" ideas and attitude.
  • Now Atascadero also seems quite a lovely place.
