Building at the angle Andropov str. and revolutionary str. - military hospital. Former Spasskie barracks. The buildingyear was incorrectly thought to be 1886. This was because of the numbers in the pediment of the building. This is the year of the reconstruction of the building. Building itself was built at the end the 18th Century, from 1812 to 1853. In a project lead by architect N.I.Pozdeev this two-story building was raised into three-storied house, like it was built in 1886.
