Flour-grinding alley: 1, Yaroslavl', Russia, 150000. THE YAROSLAVL FLOUR-GRINDING PLANT of nr 1 is known in Russia as one of the most important enterprises for the production of wheat flour. In 2008 the plant has been operating for 160 years. Production bearing the trademark “Yaroslavl flour” is noted for far beyond the limits of city and region because of a constant high quality, about which different prestigious rewards testify: Large gold medal on the exhibition in Paris (1903), title “the leader of Russian economy” (1995), gold cliches and the medal of YeES “EUROPA” (1999). The highly productive equipment, prepared on the license of Swiss firm “Buhller”, made it possible to automatise the processes of processing and grinding of grain. Plant processes in a 24 hour period to 800 tons of grain and is released ecologically net certified output.
