Noi Bai Industrial Zone (NBIZ), which is situated in the capital city of Hanoi in the north of Vietnam, is one of the premier industrial parks/free-trade zones in the country. Present tenants include companies from Japan, USA, China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Malaysia.

NBIZ is located adjacent to the Noi Bai International Airport and is conveniently linked by highways to the Hanoi city centre and the ports of Hai Phong and Cai Lan.

NBIZ is jointly-operated by Vista Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Opus International Group plc of Malaysia (formerly known as Kinta Kellas plc) and Hanoi Industrial Construction Company of Vietnam.

As June 2008, 100 ha of NBIZ is fully occupied.
