  • To Mr. Harry I visited Harry's water park on my Dec 2008 vacation to Trinidad. I have a couple of concerns. We first was stopped by the gate and we paid an all inclusive for our entire family (a family of four) and continued on and join our relatives by a shed. When it was time to go on the slides my husband was told he was not wearing the proper clothes required for sliding, but when we was paying our money they did not mention anything about required clothes for the slides. I think it's very unfair to pay for something and not get what you pay for. Please advise customers at the gate before paying that certain clothes are required. My other concern is, my son and nephew both got their back scraped on the slides, so something definitely needs to be done about that. Trying to help better your facility.
