You can access it from Transcona at the end of Larche Ave. West by going down the dirt road and over the train tracks.

Needs a new layer of small stone gravel/sand as the path is getting rather bare with roots/pipes showing. I witnessed a senior trip & almost fall down as she tripped over a tree root showing above the surface. Nice/useful trail though.
