Edward Keller and Company was founded in 1887. The first office was located in Escolta, Manila and later moved to Pasong Tamo, Makati City under the name of Edward Keller (Philippines), Inc. (EKPI). The business continued to grow and expand its operations in the Philippines. In 1976, it opened its first provincial office in Cebu and in 1996, opened its second provincial office in Davao. During the same year, the company also fully acquired Griffith Laboratories (Philippines), Inc. and merged with it to become Edward Keller (Philippines), Inc. The bigger organization needed a new home where everyone can be under one roof. Thus, in 2002, EKPI moved to its modern manufacturing facility in Canlubang, Laguna.
