This pub was used as The Woolpack in the soap Emmerdale. The first pub to be used as The Woolpack was The Falcon in Arncliffe. Arncliffe was the first setting for Emmerdale Farm, as it was known then. The Woolpack used now is on a purpose built set on the Harewood Estate near Leeds.

This pub used to be called 'The Commercial' but changed its name during filming.
This Woolpack as of September 2010 is 'between landlords'.
