Zelenodolsk (Russian: Зеленодо́льск; Tatar: Yäşel Üzän) is a city in the northwestern region of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Its population according to the 2002 Census was 100,139; up from 94,079 recorded by the 1989 Census). It is the administrative center of Zelenodolsky District.

Due to its location at the Volga River, Zelenodolsk is an important transport hub for Tatarstan. It also has a well-known shipbuilding yard, founded in 1895.

During the Cold War, Zelenodolsk was a secret development base for warships.

Zelenodolsk has a mosque, built in 1980–1981.

The artist Konstantin Vasilyev lived in Zelenodolsk from 1949 to 1976.
