  I´d never been in such a bad place. The service is poor and the prices are high enough to imagine that everything would be nothing but perfect. The maids, and waiters dosn´t have any idea of the meaning of service. The owner is a woman that lives in the hotel, she is in constant contanct with the employees and with the guests, but it seems that she doesn´t care about us. The doors are broken, the rooms have bad smell, the wardrobs doesn´t fix well,the bath´s doesn ´t work, if you ask for something , they never know... , they said that the kid´s club is open from 10am to 11 pm. it´s a big lie. At 8 they close. The mini cimena is full os dust and little insects, The answer was... we are in the country... We try to speak with the owner but she never came to us. We are very dissapointed about all this things. There was only one more family and another old couple. So, i think they have no excuses. NO rice!!!!! No good wines, no service, no nothing but mistakes!
