  • The biggest UPS facility in Washington.
  • I work here and as big as it is..its not big enough for the volume of packages we deal with.
  • anyone know the number for this hub???
  • I've been trying to contact this place for 3 days, but cannot find a number...
  • Caller ID when I was contacted: 425.882.4229. I can't get through to this number, though, so it may be outgoing only.
  • I don't know how FEDEX does it. The delivery guy was out in shorts Christmas Eve morning with a smile, a hustle and getting it done. Where was UPS? My UPS "2nd day air" is 8 days late and counting. Again, FEDEX delivered packages Tuesday that were ordered Saturday. Still no UPS. 7 days ago it was "on the truck and on it's way," "Bad weather." Well, FEDEX is working it. And I can see Redmond from my house. There hasn't been any snow here for days.
  • These guys are making me POSTAL!!! Same exact deal as OHCOMON above! Except it was a UPS truck driving down the steepest hill in my area, in the snow, on the day my packages were due. Now the people I was giving them to, have all left town....so I'll have to be sending them again. THANKS UPS! There hasn't been a flake of snow on the roads for three days let alone it was driveable for the last week. I will always make sure to have U.S.P.S or Fedex as my delivery carrier. I bet all the guys at UPS got their presents delivered on time. So for all the children who haven't got their christmas present, which was ordered in fashionable time....I HATE UPS.
  • Of course. The UPS guys probably used FedEx for their packages. Stayed home all day waiting for the package that was on-time, scanned out for delivery, and ended up back at the Redmond hub. No reason given, no "Sorry, we forgot the package". Did he get lost? Did someone not come in to work? The streets are bare and wet, and there is no excuse.
  • I work at the Redmond UPS hub and understand why all of you are so frustrated. The whole thing was caused by that short spurt of snowy weather that caused all packages to be backed up beyond all reason. And to make things worse when more came in the new ones were the ones that were sent out the next day not the ones that have been waiting. After all this it ended up with quite a few semi tractor trailors full of packages. Everybody should also be expecting to have late packages after this flooding that we had because all that was received last week was Air packages. The only good thing about the flooding is we finaly got caught up with the christmas rush. Most should have there christmas packages. Everything else is a toss up right now. Just goes to show you how badly UPS planned for the weather difficulties.
