Pumping station + floodgate.
..is a component of the P5.18-billion Camanava Mega Flood Control Project that is aimed to mitigate floodings in Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela during high tide and heavy downpour. This pumping station is designed to control the Catmon Creek Channel.

The Department of Public Works and Highways hopes to finish the project on or before Dec. 31, 2009.

By mitigating flooding in the said areas, this project is expected to improve the living conditions of the residents and promote economic activities therein.

The Camanava Flood Control Project covers 18.50 square kilometers of flood-prone areas.
