Headquarters of the St. Andrew's Ambulance Association, the building was completed in 1970. It has been a centre for First Aid, and also houses an Ambulance Station. The hyphen in the name distinguishes it from the St. Andrew House tower on West Nile Street.

and headquarters offices on prominent comer site with distinctive red glass and perspex emblematic cross. Previously 2 linked blocks, link now unobtrusively blocked. Squared and snecked bull-faced stone to ground floor, predominantly white tesserae to overhanging other floors. Bays mostly divided by simple concrete columns. Storeys divided by brown glass panels.
