Saryg-Sep (Russian: Сарыг-Сеп; Tuvan: Сарыг-Сеп, Sarıg-Sep) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Kaa-Khemsky District of Tuva, Russia. Population: 4,417 (2010 Census). Saryg (сарыг) means "yellow," and Sep (сеп) " a river branch" in Tuvan.
