You Zefiro Giassi was born on June 30, 1933, in the town of Ponta do Mato, in Içara. In this period, the cooperative system that has caused raised if Zefiro meet with their students for the purchase of school materials with more affordable prices through a cooperative school set up by himself. Was born at this time that the momentum turn in a skilled businessman and entrepreneur.

In 1960, Zefiro Giassi, having left the work of teaching, opens its first store in dry and wet (fabrics and hardware). Zefiro had as collaborator Mr. Benevenuto Fiorindo Dalmolin, with whom remained in participative society for a year.
