Built 1910–12 as the Imperial German Embassy, designed by Peter Behrens. In Soviet times this became the headquarters of Leningrad Intourist; later housed the remnant of Intourist—the St. Petersburg Tourist Company—and the Dresdner Bank in the 1990s and 2000s.
