Jeongsuru - this nugak, or multi-storied building, is reported to have been built in 1603 by Donggye U bog-yong, governor (moksa) of Naju at that time. According to the Yeojidoseo (historical record), however, it was built by the architect Min Baeng-nam and given the name Jeongsuru.
