city, seaport, place with historical importance
Ghost Town, abandoned in 1917, originally was supposed to be a northern grain terminal, but due to fast moving water and constant requirement of dredging the river to accomodate large ships, the site was abandoned by the Government of Canada and moved further north to what is now called Churchill.
